In order to claim your refund, Tax Free forms must always be Customs approved and then returned to Planet.
In order to obtain Customs approval you have to present fully completed Tax Free form, shop receipts, unused purchased goods, your passport and travel documents.
Customs approval will either be a stamp from a Customs officer or electronic validation from a kiosk, depending on the point of departure.
