How to shop Tax Free in 3 simple steps

Step 1: Go shopping and ask for your Tax Free form in-store
Look for Planet logo and when making a purchase, ask for the Planet Tax Free form

Step 2: Get Customs validation
When departing, go to the nearest Customs office or self-validation kiosk

Step 3: Receive your refund
Provide your payment details on the Tax Free form and return it together with shop receipts to Planet via post in a Planet prepaid envelope, at Planet desk or by putting it at Planet drop box at the airport
