Make sure the original purchase receipt is attached to the Tax Free form. Please complete in full otherwise your refund may be denied.
- Full name
- Permanent address
- Passport or ID number
- Issued by Government of
- Date arrived in EU
- Date of leaving EU
- Credit card number (only for credit card refunds)
- Shopper signature
- Export validation stamp (obtain from Customs when leaving the EU)
